While Ryan was on his hunting trip last month the kids and I spent a couple of days at Ma and Big Daddy's house. One morning we went to a strawberry farm close by and picked two buckets full of yummy strawberries!
It's amazing how different David and Rachael are. David has always been a 'play by the rules' type child where Rachael is more of a 'it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission' personality.
David would look longingly at the juicy strawberries
But, only ate them after getting the go-ahead [I love that he's got his eyes closed]
Rachael, on the other hand, bit right into the first one she saw and never looked back sometimes eating the green top too.
And she totally didn't care that she was covered in strawberry juice
Even though they were eating more than they were keeping, we eventually managed to fill the two buckets.
David thought he could carry them.
So did Rachael.

Such different personalities! I think I can guess where each one gets those traits :)
