Last Month of Being One

Today is September 7th. 

What does that mean? Well, in one month Rachael will no longer be a one year old. How is that possible? I don't know. 

She wanted to mark this day by wearing her super cute "1" shirt with matching hair bow because she only has a few more chances to wear it. Unfortunately, she [and David] have had head colds for over a week now [thanks to school, probably] and today she was really feeling it today. She slept terribly last night. So, she wasn't very happy this morning while I was trying to get a cute picture of her in her onesie.

I did finally coax a somewhat smile out of her

With her big brother right next to her she was happy

She tried to have fun playing outside this morning, but was exhausted and ready for her nap a whole lot sooner than normal. 

Once she woke up she was a much happier little girl. 

Here's to hoping this next month goes by slowly. [I can dream, right?] Also, hoping this cold leaves her and David very soon. I'm not ready for another cold season!!
