All the cabinets in our kitchen have child-safety latches on them to prevent one curious little boy from getting into trouble. But, there's one cabinet that doesn't have a latch and is filled with fun kitchen toys- plastic bowls, an old cookbook, a few measuring cups, plastic ice cube trays, etc... David just loves to explore his cabinet while I'm cooking dinner. It's a great way to keep him close by and entertained at the same time.

In very exciting news, David is getting more and more brave with his walking skills. He now chooses to walk occasionally and can make it about 10 steps before dropping down to crawl (it's still the fastest mode of mobility by far).
