Last week we went on an extremely fun ski trip to Colorado with Ma and Big Daddy. The last time we went David was a little guy and I was about 12 weeks pregnant with Rachael.
We started out with a very early flight. The kids did very well on the entire flight.

David and Rachael loved take off and after leveling off they both did a little reading

Shortly after that both kids were fast asleep
They both woke up before landing but stayed happy, quiet and busy. I packed a toy bag for each child full of new toys. As needed, we would pull one out at a time. Between both flights neither kid used all their toys!
Once we made it through the airport and to our rental "car", or as David called it- The Bus, we stopped for a quick bite of lunch and headed on our car ride to the mountain. The kids were out in no time once again.
When we arrived at the resort Ryan and Big Daddy took David to rent his snow skis and boots while the girls went grocery shopping.
He was so excited to show us when we were all back together in the condo.
The next day would be his first day on the slopes!
