Rub A Dub Dub

Two Babies In A Tub.

Bath time around our house is usually hurried, chaotic, and LOUD. Hurried because it's getting late, we spent too much time playing outside before dinner, and then too much time talking at the dinner table [not that those are bad things]. Chaotic because we've got two naked little ones running wild all around the 2nd floor of our house all the while trying to wrangle them into the bath. Not that they don't love the bath, they just love running a muck even better. And loud because once they're finally in the tub they have a great time splishing and splashing, sometimes too much fun.

They usually play their own games.

David with his trucks.

Rachael likes to give all the toys baths in the running water.

If there's time, and they want to, I'll give each of them some crazy hair.

Once out of the bath the wild Indians get wrapped up in the cutest little towels you've ever seen and resume their silliness and antics. [both towels were gifts from Twinkle and Bing]

David's is a lion, complete with mane and tail in the back.

Rachael's is pink and white with an owl on top.

Each has their name on it. SO precious!

You can tell by the blurriness of this picture that they don't stay still long during this time of evening. I think it's because they know if they slow down too much they might just fall asleep. And where's the fun in that?!

Love this bathtime post! Parker has that same lion towel! I think we got it for him for part of Easter or birthday or something. It is a super cute towel! I love that they take a bath together and have so much fun! Bathtime is a fun time here too! Love the crazy hair!!
