David and Rachael are all finished with school for this year!! While they really liked their teachers and classmates, they are VERY excited to be out for the summer! [We have a long list of fun things we hope to do during the next few months!]
They each ended their school year with a party, of course. But, their favorite thing was giving their teachers gifts in appreciation for all the hard work they put into helping them learn and grow this past year.
When Rachael gave her gift to Ms. Tabitha, the teacher exclaimed, "Hugs and kisses for ME?!" Rachael didn't know she was talking about her gift and took her seriously. It was so cute.

She also gave a BIG hug to Ms. Jennifer [her favorite, I think].
She loved Ms. Jennifer.
David gave gifts to his teachers too, but first, his teachers had awards for everyone in the class. David got the Sunshine Award for always being a ray of sunshine in the class. It came with some super cool sunglasses.
Ms. Amber was his teacher for 2 years. We are so thankful for her and are sad that David won't have her next year.
And Ms. Megan was an awesome teacher too!
We are grateful to all the kids' teachers. Their dedication to each student was amazing. Their patience was remarkable. And their attitudes were always positive. They taught David and Rachael so much more than I ever could have. Just the other day David counted to ten in Spanish! We had no idea he was even learning that!!! We are thankful to have found such a wonderful school with fantastic teachers.
Now on to a fun-filled SUMMER!!
